Final quotes vary by blank, quantity, colors, locations and shipping. Orders of 24–47 are quoted with a small-order branding note — neck labels and packing amortize higher below 48.
No hidden setup fees: screens, digitizing, and Boreal-branded packing are included at 48+ pieces. Orders of 24–47 pieces: Starting-at prices are based on 48+. Below 48 we add a small-order branding line on the quote (neck labels and packing cost more per piece; exact amount depends on the blank and vendor).
Add-ons: +$2 per extra color · +$4 back print · +$8 name and number per piece. Embroidery includes up to 8,000 stitches. $28 stand-alone minimum on caps and beanies.
Shipping: Lower 48: ships direct from production to you — free standard shipping on most bulk orders, typically 8–10 business days after production. Alaska & Hawaii: shipping quoted separately based on weight and carrier; Anchorage / Mat-Su local options available.
